Refund & Cancellation Policy

strangerly.in offers optional one-time premium perks (e.g. Fast Skip, Gender Filter). This policy explains refunds and cancellations for those purchases. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

One-time, non-recurring

Premium perks are one-time purchases with no auto-renewal — nothing recurring is charged, so there is nothing to "cancel" after a purchase. A perk activates immediately on successful payment.

Refunds

  • Because perks are digital and unlock instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once used.
  • If you were charged in error, charged twice, or a perk failed to activate after a successful payment, contact us within 7 days for a full refund of the affected purchase.
  • Refunds, where granted, are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days.

How to request

Email billing@strangerly.in with your payment reference / Stripe receipt and a short description. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we'll resolve genuine billing issues quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in a ban.

This policy is offered alongside, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
