By accessing or using strangerly.in (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use strangerly.in. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community & Safety Guidelines and not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

3. User conduct & content

You are solely responsible for your conduct and any content you share during chats. strangerly.in does not pre-screen all content and is not responsible for the behaviour of other users, but we do moderate and act on reports. To enforce these Terms and keep the Service safe, we maintain safety/audit logs of meetings and reports (including IP and device information) as described in our Privacy Policy.

Strangerly Space & screen sharing. If you pair a second device and share your screen or camera, you are solely responsible for everything you display. You must not share content that is illegal, sexually explicit, harassing, or that infringes another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights, and you must not record the other participant without their consent. Misuse may result in suspension or termination. Sharing a screen with a stranger is at your own risk — never display passwords, financial details, or other sensitive information.

4. Premium features & payments

Optional premium perks (such as Fast Skip — which also includes the Strangerly Space Buzz / vibrate feature — and Gender Filter) are one-time purchases with no auto-renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refund terms.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, strangerly.in is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
