You are solely responsible for your conduct and any content you share during chats. strangerly.in does not pre-screen all content and is not responsible for the behaviour of other users, but we do moderate and act on reports.

4. Premium features

Optional premium perks (such as Fast Skip and Gender Filter) are sold on a pay-per-hour basis and auto-expire after one hour with no auto-renewal. Payments are processed by our payment provider; all sales are final except where required by law.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, strangerly.in is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
